EXIT_SAPLWN12_001 -

User exit EXIT_SAPLWN12_001 is used to enhance communication structure MCKONA during updating of income and provisions for accrued income from a settlement document.

Use

The user exit is used for all types of settlement documents (vendor billing documents, customer billing documents), including reversals.

In this user exit, you can include additional fields that you require for the updating of customer-specific information structures or for reporting. Include-structure MCKONAUSR is available for customer-specific fields.

However, changes to structure MCKONA may affect the format of the business volume data files of the function External data transfer.

Be sure that you do not change any of the existing currency or unit fields. These are contained in structure MCKONAFIG. If you make a change here, this could destroy the statistical data. However, you can certainly make changes to the related fields with the business volume data.

At the beginning of your coding, enter the statement E_MCKONA = I_MCKONA to supply the export parameter. You can trigger messages by triggering the exceptions ERROR_MSG_MCKONA_INVALID or ERROR_MSG_MCKONA_VALID. If you trigger exception ERROR_MSG_MCKONA_INVALID, the business volume data is not upated or included in the list output.
