Use this user exit to make changes to the finance project number generated from the number layout.
This user exit can only be used if the component in Customizing has transport type B (transport to finance project number) or C (transport to file and finance project number).
Important: The new finance project number you have created which you must give the FINPRONUMMER_OUT export parameter, is only set in the finance project number and not the file number. The master number is, furthermore, set in the file number. If the master number is set as the object number (processing C when defining the component), then the master number is the decisive search criterium for the objects and loans i.e. the changed finance project number is only set in the VDARL_RKLAMMER field and has no influence on the processing of master data in loans, file management and objects.
The finance project number influences payment processing. Note that manual incoming payments only allows 8 characters in the finance project number at present. A longer finance project number should be avoided here.
Create an include entitled zxf67u08 in order to carry out the required changes.
Important: When you have created the new finance project number and set it in the export parameter FINPRONUMMER_OUT, add the instruction 'UNPACK FINPRONUMMER_OUT TO FINPRONUMMER_OUT' in the coding.
The file is included in function module EXIT_SAPMF67A_016.
Use the enhancements transaction to create the user exit.
- Create a project entitled F67A0016
- Enter enhancement F67A0016 in the SAP enhancements list.
- Activate project F67A0016
