Parameters are:
Importing
VBAK_I = Current document header
VBAP_I = Current document item
VBEP_I = Current document schedule line
blank ==> fill category on position
not blank ==> fill category on schedule line
KUAGV_I = Sold-to party in the current document
TVAK_I = Current document type
TVAP_I = Current document position
Exporting
J_4KRCAT_I = Current requirement category of
position ==> vbep_i equal space
schedule line ==> vbep_i not equal space
POPUP = Display popup of valid requirement categories
blank ==> No popup
X ==> Display popup
