Changing billing relevancy of an order item with time slice classification 'limited'

This user exit enables you to change the billing relevancy of a redirection or (partial) suspension according to your own requirements.

Example

This is necessary, for example, when no costs are incurred for a journey within the distribution area and a price of zero is thus calculated for the item. If you mark the item as not relevant for billing, the item is not included in the billing document and you avoid the unnecessary notes that would otherwise appear in the billing log that a price was not determined for a redirection.

The same applies to suspending an order item. If a customer requests a suspension of deliveries during the initial phase of his subscription, during which billing does not take place, he does not receive a credit memo. A price of zero is also determined in this case. The suspension should also not be included in a billing document.

Requirements

This customer exit is only processed if the order has the billing basis 'Order' and pricing is to be performed for the order item. The order item must also have the time slice classification 'limited'. (Customizing for sales document types).

Interface

The following data is available for processing:
- order header in structure CJKAK
- order item in structure CJKAP
- business data on item in structure CJKKD
- order schedule line in structure CJKEP
- price of schedule line
- current billing relevancy of item

You can change the contents of field XFAKTURA_OUT according to your requirements.
