Check and change data for change of publication:

You can use this user exit to check and change the data specified by the user according to your own requirements for a change of publication.

SAP provides the following data for the check:

  • Order number VBELN

  • Item number POSNR

  • Previous publication DRERT_OLD

  • New publication DRERZ_NEW

  • Table TJKAP of existing order items

  • Table TJKPROM of introduction records

  • Table TJKCOMM of commission records

The following fields can be changed:

  • CKUENDGRD - Reason for end of delivery

  • CLIEFENDEI - Actual date of end of delivery

  • CXPROVRUECK - Indicator for commission recalculation

  • CGUELTIGVON - Start of delivery of new item

  • CBEZUGGRD - Purchase motivator for new item

  • CWERBEART - Sales source for new item

  • CWERBEAKT - Sales promotion for new item
