Check and enhance customer-specific fields in order header

The customer can use this modification to check or enter the additional data in the order header that was added to table JKAK by an APPEND structure.

The check is run in the following cases:

  • Data transfer
  • Fast subscription entry
  • Generation of renewal offers

Note

The modification is not called up in dialog processing so messages cannot be displayed directly. The message is processed by the accessing program. Only genuine error messages should be transferred, no I, W or S messages. To transfer an error message, trigger the exception ERROR in the function exit.

Interface description

SAP provides the following data:

  • Order type in structure ITJAK

  • Order header in structure CJKAK
