You can use this component to suppress the personnel number validity check in HR when maintaining employment relationships.
If you only want the validity of the personnel number in HR to be checked when settlement is being transferred to HR, you should use this component to suppress the personnel number check in the employment relationship.

You can use the changing parameter C_XSUPRESS to suppress the check.
If you mark this parameter with an 'X', the check is suppressed, i.e. the system does not check whether the personnel number exists in HR.
If you leave the parameter blank, the system checks whether or not the personnel number is active in HR throughout the entire employment period.

The internal table PERNR_TAB contains the personnel number and the business partner's employment periods. These periods are checked to determine whether or not they exist in HR.

The changing parameter C_XOK indicates whether or not the check on the personnel number in HR was successful.
If the parameter is marked with an 'X', the personnel number is active throughout the period.
If the parameter is blank, the check contained errors. This means that the employment relationship cannot be saved with this personnel number.
