You can use the component 'EXIT_SAPMJKCOMPL_001' to change the preassignment of the radio buttons for the way in which the complaint issues are to be processed.

There are four alternatives for preassignment:

• Subsequent delivery (parameter C_XCOMPLSUBS): Subsequent delivery is performed for the total schedule line quantity of the complaint order.

• Credit memo (parameter C_XCOMPLCRED): The total schedule line quantity for the complaint order is credited to the payer.

• Credit memo to liability account - only for orders with a liability account (parameter C_XCOMPLAMOCREDIT)

• No action - i.e. no subsequent delivery or credit memo (parameter C_XCOMPLNOACTION)

Please choose one of these alternatives for the preassignment, otherwise the system defaults to 'No action'.

You can make this preassignment for each publication date of the complaint issue (parameter I_PUBLICATION_DATE).

You can use the following data to influence processing:

• Order number (I_BASE_VBELN)

• Order item number (I_BASE_POSNR)

• Order schedule line (I_BASE_ETENR)

• Publication date of complaint issue (I_PUBLICATION_DATE)

• Schedule line quantity for complaint order (I_QUANTITY)

• Order header (I_BASE_JKAK)

• Order item (I_BASE_JKAP_TAB )

• Order schedule lines (I_BASE_JKEP_TAB)

• Business data on order (I_BASE_JKKD_TAB)

• Delivery type for order (I_TJV01)
