User Exit for Headers of Data Exports from Planning Table to Excel

If you intend to export data from the planning table with Goto -> Microsoft-Excel, you can use this function module to change the first three lines of the description.

The standard R/3 System issues the following header information:

  • planning type
  • version
  • view (total view, key figure view, etc.)

You can use the function module to display, for example, the date and current user or the characteristics. Note 65451 contains an example of how to display the characteristics in the current planning table.
