The customer exits of the RPRCST01 enhancement of Travel Management were designed for the following scenario:
You use Travel Management in a system separate from the HR System and need the pay scale type, pay scale area or pay scale group fields all simultaneously to set a trip provision variant via feature TRVCT.
Since HR Master Data replication (via ALE) does not distribute Infotype 0008 'Basic Pay', the pay scale type, pay scale area or pay scale group fields stored in Infotype 0008 must be read remotely from the HR System.
For this to function, the enhancement component 'EXIT_SAPMP56T_001' (and if you are using period accounting within a trip in a > 4.0C Release, also the enhancement component 'EXIT_SAPMP56P_001') must be removed using transaction CMOD. Create the include ZXTRVU01 (or ZXTRVU02) stored in the source text of the enhancement function module'EXIT_SAPMP56T_001' (or 'EXIT_SAPMP56P_001') and call the remote read function module offered by the HR System which reads Infotype P0008 from your HR System.
