HRPTIM05 - User exit for HR Time Management CC1

You can use the HR-PDC interface to transfer (upload) personnel time events and employee expenditures that have been entered at an external time recording system to Time Management.

Several downloads must be performed so that data can be entered and validated at the external system.

You have access to all data records during each download and upload.

You can use the following function exits for the personnel timeevents:

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_001 User exit for downloading HR mini master

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_002 User exit for downloading personnel time balances

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_005 User exit for downloading attendance/absence reasons

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_006 User exit for downloading cost centers

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_008 User exit for downloading internal orders

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_009 User exit for downloading objects (positions)

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_010 User exit for downloading time event type groups

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_011 User exit for downloading projects

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_003 User exit for uploading time events

You can use the following function exits for the employeeexpenditures:

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_001 User exit for downloading HR mini master

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_002 User exit for downloading permitted employee
  expenditures

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_010 User exit for downloading time event type groups

• EXIT_SAPLRPTC_004 User exit for uploading employee expenditures

There are customer fields for the following user exits:
EXIT_SAPLRPTC_001, EXIT_SAPLRPTC_002, EXIT_SAPLRPTC_003, EXIT_SAPLRPTC_004

1. Modify the relevant function exits to suit your requirements.
2. Add the enhancement HRPTIM05 to a project and activate the project.
