When determining the annual salary in the Salary Development iView in the Employee Review workset, the system includes the periods to be used.
You can use a function exit to modify the standard SAP procedure.
To be able to use this function exit, proceed as follows:
- Create an enhancement project and assign the enhancement HRWPCEP1 to it.
- The only component of HRWPCEP1 is function exit: EXIT_SAPLHRWPC_EXITS_001. Adapt this function exit to suit your requirements.
- Activate the enhancement project.
