ICSV0004 - Check PM object and display object information

This function module is called up directly each time a PM object is changed in the service and maintenance notification. Accordingly, you have the option of making the user aware of particular characteristics of the object or of data relating to it, for example, open notifications. The user is also able to call up this function explicitly. Calling up the function is achieved by first calling up standard SAP object information.
