IMRC0005 - Measure point: Exit in AUTHORITY_CHECK_IMPT

Functionality

Customer Exit IMRC0005 allows you to create customer-specific authorization checks for measuring points and measurement documents. This allows you to protect internet scenarios in particular against misuse.

Call-up time

Customer Exit IMRC0005 runs at the end of the central function module AUTHORITY_CHECK_IMPT, with which all the authorization checks for measuring points and measurement documents are performed.

Implementation

The data required for your customer-specific authorization check can be created, for example, in the classification of the measuring point or of the referenced characteristic, or also in the Customizing Include CI_IMPTT of the measuring point.

The measuring point object belonging to the measuring point (for example, functional location or equipment) is supplied to you by the function module OBJECT_IDENTIFICATION_GET: Fill its import parameter OBJNR from the interface parameter IMPT_WA_MPOBJ of the Customer Exit.

As the authorization check for measuring points and measurement documents can also be called up in Reporting (measurement document lists), you should ensure a performance-favourable implementation.
