JHV10001 - IS-M/AM: Extend requirement elements

You can use the components in this enhancement to add additional attributes to the requirement elements that are used in both the (system) COA requirements and the COA, pay scale provision and reciprocal business deal requirements.

1. Table JHTVBPO must be enhanced with fields for the new attributes using a customer append.
2. Input and output fields for the new attributes should be positioned on the customer subscreen within the requirement element detail screen.

Customer exits must be programmed for the entries and return of these fields.

1. Checks of the new attributes for a billing dataset during COA determination should be programmed in a customer exit.
