This function module enables you to control determination of the previous shipping date for a shipping date.
The previous shipping date is normally determined from the date for shipping currently being processed. The System refers to the publication calendar for the edition and the purchase period unit of the order (for which a standard delivery exception is to be created) when determining this previous shipping date.
If further criteria are to influence determination of the previous shipping date, for example when determining the previous shipping date for a particular deliverer, you can make modifications.

The following data is transferred via the interface:

  • BEZIRK: Current district
  • BEZRUNDE: Current delivery set
  • DRERZ: Current publication
  • PVA: Current edition
  • BEZPER: Purchase period unit for order
  • XVOLLABO: The purchase period unit is for a full subscription
  • VERSAND_DATUM: Current shipping date
  • VOR_VERSAND_DATUM: Previous shipping date determined
  • ERSCH_DATUM: Current publication date
  • VOR_ERSCH_DATUM: Previous publication date determined

The following data can be changed:

  • XVERSENDET: If this field is selected, the previous shipping date determined is to be used
The indicator XVERSENDET is preset as '=X'. If you want to use the previous shipping date transferred as a reference date for the decision as to whether the standard delivery exception is to be generated on the current shipping date, you must leave XVERSENDET as '=X'. If you do not want to use the previous shipping date transferred, delete XVERSENDET (CLEAR XVERSENDET). In this case the nearest shipping date before the last one is determined as the previous shipping date and transferred for confirmation in this customer exit.
If you repeat initialization of XVERSENDET you can move the previous shipping date further back into the past.
