J_3APP02 - AFS: Get Bundle Data for Production Order

With this AFS enhancement you can define the AFS production lots for a production order in an external system.

• A program exit is called during the conversion process from a planned order to a production order.

• If the planned order already contains marker data, the markers have already been converted into production lots before this program exit is called. They can be changed with this program exit.

• If the planned order does not have any marker data yet, no production lots were created during the conversion process. You can define them with this program exit.

• AFS passes on material / SKU / quantity data which is needed to determine the production lots externally.

• The program exit brings back the production lot data which was defined on an external customer system.

Program exit is called from subroutine J_3A_USER_EXIT ( SPALJ3AU )
