Enhancement J_3ASA01 comprises one function modules, which makes it possible to replace the standard source allocation algorithm.

Implementation Guide (IMG)

To allow a customer's own vendor rating methods to be used.

The function module for enhancement J_3ASA01 is as follows:

  • EXIT_SAPMJ3AC_001

The following data are passed on to the function modules:

  • Table EBAN_I (with following data:)

  • structure EBAN (Purchase Requisition)

  • Table XJ_3ABSSI (with following data:)

  • structure J_3ABSSI (AFS Stock (Sizes))

The function module then supply the purchase requisitions with the selected vendors in then field (EBAN_I-FLIEF) and if minimum one purchase requiusition is a vendor assigned the field VENDOR_FOUND includes an 'X'. Otherwise, if any purchase requisition is not a vendor assigned, the field VENDOR_FOUND must be initial.
