W:User has limited authorization for changing addressees

Message Long Text :
The user is not authorized to create addressees or change addresses pertaining to existing addressees to which the correspondence is addressed.
The authorization for maintaining addressesis managed under menu item "Maintain User Authorizations" with the general authorization class AMST.
