'In this case, the issuer of the invoice is associated with a freelancer i.e. there are self employed people among the employeess listed in the address master data. If input about withholding tax deductions for one of these self employed people is recorded, then this employee's personal adddress must be listed in the employee list. For this person, there is further withholding tax input required in the personal address field.'
