E:File reference for withholding tax voucher could not be determined.

Message Long Text :
The method recorded in Table B2900 for the country of the company provides for the posting of the withholding tax when the purchase invoice is posted. In addition an internal voucher is created in the file reference recorded in Table B0107 for key '03'. However, there is no file reference recorded in Table B0107 for the key '03'.
