E:File reference for withholding tax voucher is incorrectly set up.

The method recorded in Table B2900 for the country of the company provides for the posting of the withholdig tax when the purchase invoice is posted. In addition, an internal voucher is created in the file reference in Table B0107 for the key '03'. This file reference must be permitted for the posting of internal vouchers - however, this is not the case.
