E:Assignment does not result in balance.

Message Long Text :
The open items processing withholding tax was closed with the "F6=Balanced" function key. Therefore, both the assigned items must balance to zero. This is, however, not the case. The sum of &1 and &2 does not equal zero.
Please either correct the assignment or activate the function key "F9=Part payment" to close the assignment.
