E:Assignment does not result in a part payment.

Message Long Text :
The open items withholding tax processing was closed with the function key "F9=Part payment". Therefore, the sum of the assigned items may not result in an amount of zero. This is, however, the case. The sum of &1 and &2 result in zero.
Please correct the assignment or selectt the "F6=Balanced" function key to closed the program.
