E:Invalid postal checking account entry.

Message Long Text :
The following rules apply for entry of a postal checking account in Germany:
- The fourth character before the end must be a hyphen ("-"),
- The hyphen must be followed by the two number postal area code key for an entry in Table B0503
- Another number must follow the two number key entry.
