E:Transaction cannot be processed whilst a difference still exists.

Message Long Text :
The F6=Process key can only b used within open item processing when open items have been balanced, if Company Master Data specifies that the flag for "Link Payments To Invoices" is set to "Yes". Solutions:
1) Post the payment without assigning open items.
2) Assign the differences to the individual open items using F10.
3) If the difference results from an over-payment, press F10 twice to carry forward to a new open item.
