E:Charge off is more than needed to balance.

Message Long Text :
The amount charged off cannot be higher than the remaining unexplained amount necessary to balance out the item. Discount lost due to exceeding the discount period is not considered part of the unexplained amount remaining to be balanced; lost discount can be identified by entering the appropriate line code.
