E:Installment/Part payment conditions were not revised.

Message Long Text :
An adjustment voucher can only be created when the installment or part payment conditions are changed. If only the external voucher number or the base date for payment due ore to be changed, the following entry screen for installment/part payments must still be called up and the action closed with the "Posting complete" function.
