E:Not able to open voucher.

Message Long Text :
The voucher to be opened was created via the menu item "Prepare Turnover Tax Return". These vouchers contain postings to turnover tax accounts which can not be posted in dialog. The voucher can either be processed with selection '6' or be deleted with selection '4'. In the latter case, the turnover tax return must be re-generated after correcting the error which will cause this voucher to be placed on hold.
