E:The reference date &1 does not end on the last day of the month.

Message Long Text :
When processing an interest cut-off because of an interest statement, the entered reference date must fall on the last day of the month. The last day of the month is always the number 30, except for the month of February, in which case the number is 28, or a leap year, in which case the number is 29.
