W:For account &1-&2 the interest rate cut-off to the &3 is missing.

According to input in the account data sheet regarding interest rate periods of &4 months, the above mentioned account should have received an interest statement on or before the &3. However, no closing interest rate cut-off was found and this account is not listed in the interest statement. Please check to see if a closing interest cut-off needs to be processed.
