E:For account &3, no interest account is recorded in structure B08.

For the annuity loan &1-&2, the account assignment for the interest charges must be recorded in structure B08 under the loan account &3.
Please record an interest revenue account under key "4" in structure B08 for the loan account &3 and restart the menu item "Post Redemption Principle".
In the repayment proposal list, the payments for the loan &1-&2 will be shown in the "*errors*" group. They will not be included in the posting run.
