Message Long Text :
The VAT assessment base dictates the portion of the voucher total on which VAT is charged at the VAT rate entered. The present voucher contains incorrect information concerning either the assessment base or the actual VAT rate. The data in the interface is possibly incorrect, or an internal error has occurred.
