E:Module "Manage Advance Payments" is not active.

An attempt was made to call up option "&2" for company "&1", transaction number "&3", voucher line "&4".
This option is only valid, however, in the following circumstances:
1. The module "Manage Advance Payments" is active.
2. An off-setting account was entered.
3. This off-setting account is a debtor account.
4. A payment received is involved in the transaction.
