E:Relative record number &3 does not exist in file DCMDTL.

- An internal error has occurred.
Technical description of the problem: When calling up the program to display a stock commitment line, the value "&3" was given as the relative record number (field MDASNR in transfer parameter MDACTL). No corresponding record was found in the DCMDTL file.
