Message Long Text :
The name of the program for allocating alternative numbers must be no longer than 10 characters. It cannot contain any blank spaces and should be composed as follows:
Character 1: Capital letter
Characters 2 to 10: Capital letter
Number
Special character "$", "#" or "_"
