'An attempt was made to enter a number group from Table D4102 in which a file reference is recorded which calls for user assignment of control voucher numbers. This number group does not call for immediate assignment of the control voucher number. To use this number group with this file reference, the program must be set for immediate assignment of the control voucher number.
