E:File referenc without group-wide assignment of control voucher number

Message Long Text :
The number group calls for transfer of the voucher issuing number to the FIBU control voucher number (Function 7 = "1") and group-wide assignment of voucher issuing numbers (Function 3 = "0"). The file reference calls for company-based assignment of the FIBU control voucher number. To transfer the voucher issuing number, the file reference must also call for group-wide assignment of the FIBU control voucher number.
