E:Error when converting the file EICHDR.

When converting the file EICHDR from Release 3.44 to 3.45 an error occurred when reassigning the invoices received number. The file EICHDR contains more than 99,999,990 records. Therefore the conversion of the FIBU key from EI1TDF, EI1ABK and EI1HNR to a single invoices received number failed.
