E:File reference without company-based assignment of control voucher number.

Message Long Text :
The number group provides for the transfer of the voucher log number to the financial accounting control voucher number (function 7 = "1") and company-based assignment of the voucher log number (function 3 = "0"). The file reference provides for group-wide assignment of the financial acocunting control voucher number. For the transfer of the voucher log number, the file reference must also provide for company-based assignment of the financial accounting control voucher number.
