E:"Valid to" date invalid

Message Long Text :
The "Valid to" date is invalid as it overlaps with a price that has already been recorded. The following situation has occurred:
1. Existing "Valid from" date falls after new "Valid from" date.
2. Existing "Valid from" date falls before new "Valid to" date.
3. Existing "Valid to" date not equal to 0.
OR: Existing "Valid to" date falls after new "Valid to" date.
