The combination of entries must conform to the follwing rules as per selection of the category (Function 1):
Category '1'=Field: Entry only in functions 2 (Operation) and 3 (Field)
Category '2'=Invoice: Entry only in functions 2 (Operation) and 3 (Field)
Category '3'=Program: Entry only in functions 2 (Operation) and 4 (Program name)
Category '4'= Price call-up: Entry only in functions 2 (Operation) and 3 (Field)
