E:+/- sign only allowed for numerical fields.

Message Long Text :
A +/- sign can only be used with a numerical field. A field is designated as a numerical field by an entry in the "Dec" (Decimal Places) column; a 0 must be entered for a numerical field without decimal places. - Either delete the +/- sign or designate the field as numerical with an entry under "Dec".
