E:Character record &1 with character code &2 could not be converted.

Message Long Text :
To convert character data through DCW, it is necessary to convert the character record &1 with the character code &2 (CHRID) from screen unit &3 into an answer back code for a coded character record (CCSID). This conversion could not be successfully completed. Error status: &4, Cause of error: &5. Please consult the DCW Hotline and mention this complete message with the message ID and values.
