Invalid position for fill character in PIC
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was found in the statement. A FORM statement was entered that contains an invalid PIC format specification, the digit specifier Z or * was in the wrong position. If specified Z or * must be positioned in front of the first pound sign.
Recovery . . . : Move the Z or * to the correct position.
