Field length cannot be zero

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was found in the statement. A FORM statement was entered with an N (numeric), ZD (zoned decimal), or PD (packed decimal) format specification that contains an invalid field length. The field length (number of positions) must be greater than 0.
Recovery . . . : Supply a field length (number of positions) greater than 0.
