Exponent specifier in PIC must have at least 3 ^ symbols

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was found in the statement. A FORM statement was entered that contains a PIC format specification with an exponent specifier. The exponent specifier must contain at least 3 exponentiation symbols (^).
Recovery . . . : Supply a FORM statement which contains a PIC format specification with an exponent specifier. The exponent specifier must contain at least 3 exponentiation symbols (^).
