EXTDESCR requires a numeric constant for file reference

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was found in the statement. A READ, REREAD, WRITE, or REWRITE statement contains the EXTDESCR keyword but has a file reference that is not a numeric constant. A numeric constant is required when the EXTDESCR keyword is specified.
Recovery . . . : Correct the statement so that the file reference is a numeric constant.
