Invalid data type object of MAT in DECLARE PROGRAM statement

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was found in the statement. In the parenthesized list of the DECLARE PROGRAM statement, an invalid data type was found as the object of the MAT keyword.
Recovery . . . : Correct the statement so that the data type which is the object of the MAT keyword does not include C, PD, ZD, or B2.
