Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was found in the statement. In the parenthesized list of the DECLARE PROGRAM statement, a PD or ZD specification was specified with an invalid decimals value.
Recovery . . . : Correct the statement so that DECIMALS value is a whole number from 0 through 31 and less than or equal to the total number of digits in the number.
